Hello, I am a NOW former patient of Vida Integrated Health. I found out that they have had a credit on my account for YEARS! They never made any attempt to contact me I found out I had this credit on a recent appointment where they informed me that I had it. I haven't been to Vida for a few years. This seems very unethical and also NOT THEIR MONEY! I urge all patients that go to Vida or any provider for that matter to call to see if you have a credit. I have talked to a few of my friends and they have told me that many clinics hold patient's money with hopes they come back to use it. This isn't right. Seems pretty crappy to keep a patient's money when some of us are struggling financially during this pandemic.
