The purpose of the Contractor Access Officer is to assist in the daily operations and duties directly related to the access to the Yellowstone Club of the contractors, vendors, and employees. Major Responsibilities Interact with contractors and vendors of the Yellowstone Club to provide assistance in matters including access and safety, to bolster loss prevention efforts and to offer general customer assistance. Answer contractors and vendors telephone, facsimile, email and mail in a timely manner. Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards. Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner. Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times. Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands. Maintain documentation for contractors and vendors including but not limited to access paperwork, reports and RFID cards. Experience/Education Required High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years’ experience in customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid State Driver’s License Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite of Products This is a Full Time, year round position in Big Sky, Montana.
