Window Nation is looking for a Measure Technician in the Baltimore area. The Measure Technician will be responsible for measuring for residential replacement windows. Experience/Qualification • 2 years’ professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects • **Valid Driver’s License** • **Ability to meet insurance requirements to operate a company vehicle** • High School Diploma or GED Primary Duties • Visit residential customer sites to measure each window, door, sliding glass door opening. • Go over pricing process by providing accurate measurements and assessments for labor/materials • Review installation process with customers • Perform pre and post installation inspections • Anticipate roadblocks that could impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance; recommend solutions • Provide warehouse support as needed • Perform other duties as assigned Success Factors • Superior time and project management skills • Impeccable prioritization and organizational skills
