Hello, healthcare professionals! Elevation Health Group is a population-health and telehealth company that is looking for a few star CNA's and LPN's to join an onsite Covid-19 testing team that will be supporting an event for a high-profile client with up to 200 people in Louisville! This is a temporary position as a contractor. You must be fully vaccinated, and currently licensed in the state of Kentucky as a CNA or LPN. We are ONLY looking for these two job classifications for hiring. No expired licenses. We will require proof of current licensure and vaccination status.
