We are looking for reliable and hard-working laborers to join our family.  Come help us build beautiful landscapes for our high-end clients and be part of a growing and career-minded company.  We prefer to promote from within and we work year-round.  Working for Alderwood Landscaping you will learn valuable skills and will have an opportunity to become one of our site managers with the possibility to make over 100k a year!  Job Requirements: Hardworking / energetic / reliable Be okay with working outdoors, even in inclement weather Must have access to reliable transportation Must be able to follow instruction Must be eager to learn Must be dependable and punctual Landscape Construction experience helpful (valued) but not required. We are NOT a landscape maintenance company, i.e. mowing, weeding, etc. Ability to run skid steers and mini excavators is a big plus Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00+ hr/ DOE  Benefits including Health Care/Dental/Vision/ free Life Insurance/401k and Paid Time Off $1,000 Signing Bonus:  Two $250 BONUSES (after 90 days/180 days), and one $500 BONUS at one year of employment!
