We are looking for someone (either or an individual or a crew) that can help us get caught up with apartment turns each time one becomes available over the next few months. This would include laying flooring (lvt hardwood look), patching and painting walls, etc.
Looking for either an individual or a small crew that can work quickly, has insurance, and has own tools.
