Loving 4 year old dog needs a home

His name is Ace and he is 4 years old. He is a dachshund/beagle mix. He is such a great pet but he doesn’t get along with other animals. He needs a home with no other pets. He is fully trained and would prefer having a back yard, he also does a great job keeping all unwanted snakes, frogs, mice and rats out of our yard.
