Start right away. Work hours are 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. On call for emergencies only. You would be assigned 2 to 4 shopping centers or office buildings, depending on the size, to go to each day and check lights, remove graffiti, change out trash can liners, pick up any trash on the ground, check vacant spaces for roof leaks or vandalism, and generally just make sure the property looks nice and clean for the Tenants and their customers. We have properties in all areas of Tucson. Must have valid drivers license, auto insurance, be drug and crime free. Call for an application to be emailed or faxed to you. 520-577-1000.
