Looking for someone to turn over apartments. Our apartments range in size from 600 to 1,000 square feet. We pay by the job $400 to 500 to turn over the units depending on size. As part of the turn over you would be reasonable for: *cleaning out the apartment *painting (walls only, no doors, ceiling, or trim) *securing all cabinet doors *checking doors for proper operation *checking under sinks for leaks *replacing light bulbs *replacing batteries in smokes and thermostats *cleaning up after yourself. Has taken our past workers 1.5 to 2 days to turn over a unit. When you are done, the apartment should be move in ready. Any additional work is extra and will be negotiated ahead of time. We pay for all material.
