SUMMARY: INX Field Technicians are responsible for all tasks required when performing on-site mold remediation and duct cleaning services within residential or commercial venues. They are responsible for control and maintenance of company assets (equipment, tools, vehicles, etc.) and most importantly responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Must be a self-starter. They should be able to work independently or in teams, seeking advice when necessary and otherwise be able to work without direct supervision and meet or exceed company standards. Must be willing and able to learn the skills of the trade and grow within the company. Must be able to use hand tools and power tools. Must have the full use of all extremities and be able to lift fifty pounds repeatedly. Must be able to work wearing a respirator and personal protective gear. Must be able to always represent the company positively when working with customers and customers representatives. Must hold a Valid Drivers License and be insurable under company policy Working experience and knowledge in Mold Remediation/Duct Services is preferred but not required and compensation is based upon that experience.
