Seeking Solar Service Technician that has experience with Enphase and Solaredge Technologies. Only Tech Savy, Team Players with a go getter attitude need apply! Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Enphase and Solaredge Technology products. Should have practical knowledge of electrical systems, solar electric systems, and their components. Hold strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills; and possess excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills. Should have strong ability to prioritize to maximize efficiency. Responsibilities: · Provides O&M services and travels to sites to perform repair services · Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolves issues for customers · Assure on-time delivery of components to the worksite, working with and managing field service inventory, and managing customer expectations · Travel to sites to provide service or provide emergency repair service. · Secure and confirm a complete functional installation (inverter, optimizer, accessories) by using monitoring data with the customers representative and performing solar commissioning services · Communicate through effective, concise written the progress of problem resolutions. The service technician we are seeking must be able to work independently, manage time efficiently and follow instructions and performance guidelines. Position will require working in high places such as rooftops and carports. • On site diagnosis of system operation
