To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker. Encourages growth of others through mentorship and leadership. Manage of environmental project activities including scheduling, tracking, and planning for environmental compliance projects. Develop of compliance strategy(s) to meet regulatory requirements. Complete compliance-related projects that may include inspections, assessments, plans/procedure development, training, permitting application development, data management, etc. Support staff with compliance of environmental rules, laws and statutes. Analyze, develop, and implement activities to promote regulatory compliance efforts. Assess the environmental risk of activities and advises team members of environmental impact. Interpret data and observation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines and advises management/clientele accordingly. Provide emergency spill response management at client sites. Assist Project Manager and/or Marketing Team with project proposal scoping and costing activities. Assist Project Manager with project financial management duties to include: project projections, project invoicing, subcontractor invoice approvals, progress reporting, and project/subcontractor contract compliance.
