Person wanted for all phases of general construction, working around home building, farming, landscaping and general get it built activities including land development. We do it all, with the machinery, equipment, and supplies to back it up. Hardly ever are any two days the same, and there is always something to do, rain or shine. If you are ready for a change of pace, where the work is steady, the quality is excellent, and you can learn from the best, give me a call. Most of the work is the rural west side of Bloomington. Building up a crew of strong professionals has it challenges, but if you are good at figuring it out on your own and have the tools to function without me, I will pay you accordingly. I have plenty of building projects and new homes to construct, and always will have. It’s 40 plus hours every week, and sometimes a half day on Saturday. No Sunday or holidays. Friday afternoons are paydays, and you will always get paid, in full. I have been building houses a long time, and will be for a long time to come. Other simple items to mention: I prefer someone who does not smoke or drink, and can make it a few hours with their cell phone left in the truck, period.
