North Corvallis near the Wetlands. Faded tortie/tabby. I THINK it is a female. Clearly belongs to someone, looks healthy and well cared for, has collar. Showed up at my doorstep hungry, cold, wanting affection, and wouldn't leave for days, so I have been offering some basic comforts.
