General Contractor in Los Angeles looking for a full time Foreman. We do residential remodels and commercial construction. Job Description: *Pull plans/meet with building inspectors *Meet and coordinate work with subcontractors *Manage job site and crews, keep clean, safe and organized *Good communication with customers *Some errands and materials pickups *Maintain construction schedules *Perform some labor tasks such as finish carpentry, plumbing, drywall, taping, framing *Able to finish jobs on time and in budget *Some Project Management experience Skills: Minimum 5 years experience Foreman Able to read and understand building plans and blueprints Excellent time management skills Experience with Outlook Reliable Car Good Salary - Depending on Experience
