An Office Cleaner and Janitor for our fast growing skin care line in Irvine, California. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our two offices on a daily basis. This role will require travel between two locations (less than 3 miles apart) using your personal vehicle. We are looking for someone that will be responsible for cleaning all areas of our offices Monday - Friday. They will be responsible for vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows (no climbing required), cleaning and stocking restrooms, mopping floors, emptying trash, and keeping our warehouse floor clean using a floor buffer. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable and be willing to work with little supervision or direction. You will report directly to our Office Manager and will keep a log of all tasks completed. Primary Job Roles Include: Cleaning and sanitizing two offices daily which includes Cleaning and stocking restrooms Keeping kitchen areas cleaned Vacuuming carpeted areas Emptying trash Dusting Cleaning windows (inside and outside) weekly Using floor buffer to clean warehouse floors Manage logs of tasks completed Working with office manager to keep cleaning supplies stocked Stocking lunch supplies Experience No previous experience is required; however, experience cleaning an office environment is a plus Job Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time Reliable transportation is a must due to travel requirements between two locations (mileage will be paid) Ability to verbally communicate in English with Corporate Management Must have a fun personality and be willing to engage with team members in a positive manner Ability to work flexible hours to meet cleaning needs of two locations
