Will only perform SAFE EXERCISES with minimum risk to joints and muscles -I can supervise your workouts at your GYM or a NEARBY PARK -Develop an ATHLETIC body with TWO to THREE (45min) workouts a week! -You do not need a GYM to get in great shape! We can perform a MILITARY style workout at a nearby park. You can develop an ATHLETIC body with just BODYWEIGHT exercises and FAST WALKING. -Develop an ATHLETIC body similar to a SPRINTER or VOLLYBALL PLAYER (depending on your genetics and being consistent) Have over 20yrs experience in FITNESS and NUTRITION. Have read/studied most of the top EXERCISE and BODYBUILDING books published in the last 20yrs as well as belonged to many online exercise and bodybuilding boards. Have TESTED on myself different programs and know by EXPERIENCE what works. Some of my favorite exercise, nutrition and bodybuilding books: -The Wild Physique by Vince Gironda (the "Iron Guru" trained first Mr. Olympia & many actors) -Building The Classic Physique by Steve Reeves ("Mr Universe" & famous actor) -Brawn by Stuart McRobert (copied and quoted by many authors) -Ripped by Clarence Bass (achieved a 2.4% bodyfat level all natural) -The Warrior Diet by Ori Hofmekler (the ORIGINAL intermittent fasting program) MILITARY VETERAN ready to serve my clients!
