Position: Intake Specialist Location: Vancouver, WA and NE Portland Pay: 100% Commission - $15 for every test Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor We are seeking multiple Intake Specialist to work at Drive Thru COVID Testing sites and use their own vehicles to provide mobile testing at the patient(s) home or business. This is a great opportunity for those who want to support our communities. The Intake Specialist will not provide medical services but facilitate the testing process by providing instructions to the patient. The patient will self-administer their own COVID test. Additionally, you will verify patient registration, disposition results in the system and submit specimens to the lab. Patients may include children and adults. This program is perfect for individuals or businesses! This federally funded plan offers the following benefits: - No cost to employer/employee (including friends & family) - No insurance is needed - Easy nose swab test - Qualifies as proof to travel - PCR Results emailed in 24 to 72 hours. - Rapid results emailed within 1 hour. - PPE and supplies provided. Requirements: • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Excellent attention to detail • Prior experience working in a medical or health related environment not required (preferred). • Must be able to practice COVID safety protocols • Must be available to work a PT or FT shift during Monday-Saturday, 8-5pm. • Must be able to endure cold and wet weather throughout the entire shift. • Must be able to test every 3 days. • Must have a smart phone • If applying for mobile tester, must have valid Drivers License, and proof insurance.
