A successful company in Oklahoma City area is looking to hire hardworking and dependable people for an Apartment Maintenance and General Construction position. Employee benefits ( Health, Dental, Life and Paid time off) will be offered after 90 days of full time employment for our company.
The perfect candidate should be able to pay attention to details, be reliable and motivated, should be willing to learn and expand his knowledge skills.
Job requirements include experience in:
Wall repair, texture, painting, stain, wallpaper removal and drywall patch.
Basic electrical and plumbing skills.
General knowledge of HVAC systems.
Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
Installing new appliances: Garbage disposal, electric stove, dryer, microwave and hot water tanks.
Installing new sinks, vanities, mirrors, doors, wooden posts etc.
Installing new light fixtures and ceiling fans.
Make ready units for new move‐ins
Carpentry and framing
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on Experience.
Benefits Conditions:
Waiting period of 90 calendar days apply.
Only full-time employees are eligible
