It's 2022 and now more than ever we need to come together to support our community, and our own health!
Coach Josh will be leading a group workout centered around strength training and hi-fives. We will be focused on burning fat, building muscle and preventing injuries!
We will be doing a weekly charity workout at 8:30 AM. The suggested donation is $10, but you can donate whatever you like
