Join us for a FREE 60-minute barre3 class at Scouters Mountain Elementary school under the covering! We can't wait to move with you. We can't wait to officially open our doors this winter, but until then we'll be hosting pop-up classes around the community. Grab your yoga mat, water and optional weights, and join us for a heart-pumping, soul-filling 60-minute signature barre3 class. New to barre3? Welcome! barre3 is a full-body, balanced workout combining strength condition, cardio and mindfulness. All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged. Come as you are; we can't wait to move with you! Please note class is under covering on asphalt. Join us for pop-up classes around the Happy Valley community as we await our doors officially opening this December 2021. All you'll need is a yoga mat, water bottle and optional handheld weights. We can't wait to meet you.
