Job details: Wage: $15 - $17.50 an hour Job Type: Contractual/Seasonal 1099 Qualifications: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Full Job Description: We're Four Season Property Management, the Tri-State and DMV fastest growing provider of commercial and residential property maintenance and we're hiring. We’re currently serving Washington County Public Schools on a Baseball and Softball field restoration project. Job Requirements: Field Operations · Report to work on time. · Always wear a clean uniform. · Remove loose trash and debris from the landscape area before work. · Remove weeds from infields, sidewalks, curb lines, and bleacher areas. · Help fill the infield with dirt using a Turf Tractor. · Fuel equipment daily and record fuel usage. · Report property damage to Foreman or Lead Person. · Help crew load and unload equipment at the job site. · Review and sign timesheet weekly. Safety: · Attend/participate in a company orientation program before performing any work. · Learn to adhere to all company safety rules/policies. · Must attend and participate in all tailgate meetings. · Learn the proper way to operate all tools and machinery safely. You must be able to work outdoors, regardless of weather, and be able to do physical work, including heavy lifting of up to 40 pounds. You must be at least 18 years old and able to safely work with equipment like trimmers, tractors, and mowers. Previous experience is helpful.
