Construction Manager Residential Contracting firm in Ocala is looking for an experienced Construction Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in the construction industry and be familiar with daily construction tasks and order of performance. He or she will also be able to navigate Microsoft like software to update and maintain daily schedules for 35 homes at any given time. Expressive and persuasive communication skills as well as patience and persistence will be required to manage sub-contractors and to work collaboratively with field and office staff.
