In a hands on environment our chefs will walk you through your through your dough, Learning different classic Italian pasta shapes. Take what you make! We will also be tasting and discussing two Italian grape varietals and how they pair with the food. Don’t forget to bring your chefs questions, who knows maybe chef will give you some secrets ! What’s included: One welcome glass of wine, family style anti-pasta boards from the chef, pasta dough to make and take your shapes home, hand made pasta dinner with a traditional Ragu paired with one glass of wine.
