We are joyfully preparing to conclude this year and go into 2022 with a BANG Thus, you are cordially invited to join us for our Watchnight Gala! In order to maintain a smooth process, we are asking that you please follow the instructions listed below: EVENT GUIDELINES: With the recent number of COVID-19 cases on the rise citywide, we are working diligently to enforce proper protocol for our in-person encounters going forward. In an effort to ensure our overall safety, it is mandatory that you provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test (regardless of vaccination status) for in-person attendance to our WATCHNIGHT GALA. We are asking that these tests are administered no sooner than 3 days before you attend. All results must be submitted via email to [email protected] in order to gain entry. If you recently recovered from COVID-19 and retested positive, you may instead provide documentation of recovery from COVID-19 (i.e., your positive COVID-19 PCR test result and a 10 day quarantine clearance letter from a licensed healthcare provider or a public health official). In accordance with CDC guidelines and for the safety of all attendees, if you are sick or experiencing symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, (body aches, fever, chills, cough, sore throat, congestion/runny nose, new loss of taste or smell, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, or shortness of breath), we advise that you do not attend. Social distancing is required and face masks must be worn on the premises. Temperatures will be checked upon entry and hand sanitizer will be available.
