Project music studio equipped with PRO TOOLS and Logic Pro. Daytime and nighttime slots are available. Located in DUMBO and accessible by F Train. Studio comes equipped with available PA, pro-level preamps, instruments and mics. Preferably looking for a producer/musician instead of a full band, but there are evening slots available if needed for a full band to rehearse. Daytime slots 9am-6pm are $100 per weekday per month (less than $100 if taking multiple weekdays) and available weeknight slots (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 6pm until midnight or later) start at $170 per month. The room is acoustically soundproofed and is good for a project studio. The few current tenants are like a close knit family so we are hoping to find like minded musicians and or film editors. Looking to only rent a few slots to keep the amount of people in this collective to a select few. Thank You, Jim
