Elevation requires separation! Time to separate yourself from negative vibes and thoughts! Seeing is believing! Creating a custom board can help you keep a visual reminder of what you truly desire. Sometimes we get caught up in our daily routines and lose sight of what our hearts truly desire. We'll do a sound bath with sound bowls, gong, rain stick, aromatherapy, and reiki for an hour individually while you lay and meditate (Please kindly bring your own yoga mat or blanket to lay on.).
