Special needs Indian Ringneck. Very friendly and talkative. I will be extremely picky where she goes. I got her from a bad breeder, she has an immune disorder. She is completely bald, and she can not fly. Ive taken her to east bend animal hospital and had her tested for pbfd. It was negative. After researching her condition i came across a few other people that had ringnecks with the same issues. She seems like a very happy bird, other then being bald. Shes never bit me. And my young kids can also handle her. She likes being out and will eat everything. Shes a good bird, but can also get pretty loud. No apartments!
