Looking for -HOME REMODELERS -GENERAL LABORERS -SMALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS -HANDYMEN (at least 2 man crew) To provide any of the below services or individual specialty trades in a renovations job scope: *Roofing *Painting *Carpentry *Plumber *Electrician *Carpet cleaning *Landscaping *Counter tops *Concrete Repair *HVAC *Gutters *Siding *Flooring *Drywall *Garage Door Repair & Install *Tub Resurfacing/Re-glazing *Window/Glass Repair–Custom glass/shower doors REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must have Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate), Workers Comp (if applicable) and add us as a Certificate Holder. 2. Crews must possess own transportation, materials and own equipment/tools of that specific trade to perform the job. 3. Complete jobs on time without construction defect or large punch items, understand scopes and the process of coordinating labor and scheduling efficiently. 4. Document & communicate through email and phone with biweekly updates including pics, c/o items and weekly schedules. 5.
