Hello, My dog Teddy is still missing. He is 13 years old, 15 lbs. Black and white terrier mix with a white tip on black tail. Someone must have him or is nervous to be helped! IDOT says he isn't dead. He is microchipped. Seen by Garfield park, Nelson underpass and Troy. Please help me find him. I am heartbroken without him!
