We are a builder in Needham, MA - need someone for a few hours per week here and there (we are very flexible on time) to go to our construction site, review the job, do some small tasks including random jobs from time to time: Example of small jobs: - cut studs or plywood - small rough carpentry fixes (not finish work) - nail studs or nail plywood - put blocks between studs - cover the vents (to protect from debris and dust) - clean up, sweep, throw out debris into the dumpster - etc. Need tools: - all regular tools (hammer, electric drill/screwdriver, etc.) - circular saw to cut studs or plywood - nail gun is also helpful Location: Needham, MA (convenient near (I-95 exit) Pay: $25 per hour
