She will be explaining how the new RPA and timelines can affect your client's escrow. This includes the timeline for the Homeowner's Association upfront fee, solar and lien timelines, and more. We will also be discussing the new EMD policy and authorized signer verification deadlines. In addition, we will be going over the preliminary title report and what to watch out for on your client's behalf. VERY important information to know for the new year.
