This will be a low-key & highly informative session covering the high points of starting the home buying process This will be a low-key and highly informative session covering the high points of getting your preapproval, starting the home buying process, what happens after an accepted offer, and what it takes to cross the finish line. We will provide breakfast or lunch depending on the meeting and design these meetings to have about 5-10 clients tops so that everyone can engage and ask questions.  It is geared toward first time buyers but we have had experienced buyers come as well and get a lot out of the session in past years.  Sessions will be held live at our Ames office as well as live streamed for those who would like to attend virtually.  -------- Saturday, January 22nd from 9-11am with Lisa Severseike from Global State Mortgage Sunday, February 13th from 11-1pm with Jason Kupka from Inlanta Mortgage -------- We look forward to helping you purchase your first/next home and hope to see you at our January or February meeting!
