Free dog to good home

Will meet in Summerville, Lyerly, or Menlo Ga. Casper just turned one, he is a very short sweet dog but he is very strong. His mother is a beagle and I don't know the father. I can no longer provide a good home for him due to not having a fence around my yard and neighbors dogs have started attacking him at night. I want to find him a good home asap to avoid the pound.
