Hello there, I am looking to rehome my beautiful and kind cat named Garfield. He is 4 years old, neutered, and very gentle. He is very healthy and strong. He grew up with a dog and is great with dogs, but not sure about other cats. He is round in shape. The reason I am rehoming him is because I got married a few months ago and my husband didn't reveal to me until after marriage his extreme dislike for animals. My heart is breaking every day because of the way he treats Garfield (I rather not include details here). Garfield is an extremely easy cat to raise - he eats dry kibble (very cheap) and he has an automatic feeder that you just need to fill about once a month, and an automatic gravity water bowl that can go about a month too. He is litter box and scratch post trained and an extremely clean cat. An ideal rehoming situation would be with someone who might let me see Garfield sometimes (I would even be willing to pay a fee for each visit) in the future, maybe if even just letting me visit him on his birthday each year (or some date you choose). I would love to remain friends. I am crying as I write this post since I love Garfield so dearly, but I know this is for the best. There will be a $300 rehoming fee (he originally cost $1500). This will include all his supplies. I can transfer his Healthypaws insurance to you (I locked in an amazing rate when he was a kitten).
