This seminar is open to anyone age 14+. Attendees will learn how to Get Home Safely in the face of an attack. The Get Home Safe Seminar is designed with the goal of helping families learn the essential for staying safe in an ever-evolving society. The Get Home Safe Seminar is an interactive course, where you get to work live, with an experienced instructor that can guide you and help you make adjustments while having some fun learning new things. The wokrshop is 60 minutes long and will consist of a warm-up, teaching, and demonstration of realistic threats and practical defenses against them, followed by training. Questions are encouraged throughout and there will be a Q and A section at the end of each session. *You will learn the basics of how to stand and defuse a situation.
