About the AuthorsJudyth Shamosh, Ph.D., Systems Herbalist has been a clinical practitioner since1994. Founder of Greenfingers Herbal Medicine Clinic, she practices Ayurvedic,Classical Chinese, and Western herbal medicines and teaches apprentices. She hasserved on the governing council of the American Herbalist’s Guild, Arizona HerbAssociation, and RainStar University College of Acupuncture and OrientalMedicine and been adjunct faculty of the Southwest College of NaturopathicMedicine. A yoga instructor and poet, she also was an assistant curator for thePhoenix Art Museum and worked in geology and archeology Tammy Sollenberger, M.A. is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a busyprivate practice in New Hampshire. She believes we all can experience a moreharmonious and connected existence no matter what our past or presentexperiences when we bring curiosity to all those noisy voices inside.
