A major Property Management company located in Las Vegas and Henderson is hiring Maintenance Technicians. Company Benefits: • Schedule 4 – 10 hour work days • Rent discount • Dental & Medical Insurance • Vision Insurance • Benefits 1st of the month after 60 days, 401k 1st of the month after 90 days - bonus opportunities Experience Requirements: • Strong Knowledge of GE appliances and Universal EPA certification • Strong knowledge of HVAC • Working knowledge of grounds/common areas • Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation Position Requirements: • Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week. • Attend all Property Management maintenance training • Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation • Drug Testing required and Background check is mandatory • Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others • Enthusiastic and with positive attitude Required Certifications: • Universal EPA certification • HVAC certification • CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment, Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified. Already having your CPO certification is a plus! Job Type: Full-time 4-10 hour work days Salary: $20.00 /hour
