I have a black and tan runt 5lbs female min pin 5 yrs old. I got her from a breeder she is fixed because she was too small to breed. She will go to bathroom on pads or outside. I'm just living in an area that it's hard to find a good place to have a fence and she keeps finding a way out and I'm worried she will get hurt. Hardest thing I've ever done.
