I have a chimney leak ! It is very small ! It leaks on the inside of the home and isn't much. I went on my roof to try to detect the leak and put Henry's over what I thought could be a potential leak and it did not work ! I'm searching for someone who could stop the leak ! Looking for somebody that works on chimneys or has some type of knowledge of fixing chimney leaks ! I also have drywall and painting work, I have about 700 sq ft of drywall that needs to be hung, painted and textured !A nice size man cave ! There is some electrical as well as framing involved ! I need someone who has skills in electrical, installation of Windows and a slider, drywall, texture, flooring, some masonry for the chimney leak if needed, looking for somebody that has experience in the construction field of at least 5 years and lives locally, I'm based out of Santa Rosa, no drugs or alcohol and must have own transportation and tools and ready to work, pay is anywhere between 20 to $30 an hour, depending on skill set !
