I'm looking to hire a face painter and/or balloon maker for our daughter's five year old birthday party the afternoon of January 29th from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. at a local park in San Francisco (we are tentatively booking Upper Noe Valley Rec Park but permit still needs to be confirmed for our bounce house).
