Description

We are hiring a wheel polisher/ heavy equipment vehicle wash/ vehicle detailing service person. Upon hire, you would be trained to perform wheel polish service using an industrial wheel polishing machine. You will also be trained to perform heavy equipment wash service, sometimes including detail service or degrease service. Our expert staff operate our state-of-the-art wash system providing service for the following: truck and trailer commercial motor vehicle motorhome/ RV/ travel trailer farm equipment school bus or charter bus water truck aggregate equipment/ loader/ excavator truck engine undercarriage semi van trailer personal pickup other transportation or equipment QUALIFICATIONS: - Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job - Schedule is Sun-Thu, Hours change seasonally - The ability, interest, and willingness to work outdoors required - The desire to work hard and take pride in a job well done - A positive attitude and basic communication skills (bilingual a plus) - Basic mechanical aptitude preferred - Pre-employment drug screen required - References required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. -The employee will be required to remember and understand certain instructions, guidelines or other information. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, bend and hold heavy tools/equipment essential for the job for long periods of time.
