In an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture this position will perform maintenance, repairs and minor improvements to buildings and equipment. Position may be assigned to a specific division within the Facility Services Department. This position may require the employee to work second / third shift for campus maintenance related coverage. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except Tuesdays 11:30 am - 8:00 pm What You'll Need: Skills and experience in HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing and general building repair. Skills in the operation, repair and maintenance of shop equipment and tools. Knowledge of the chemicals used by Maintenance. Ability to read and understand label instructions. Knowledge of telephone, TV, and computer systems. Skills in computer operation.
