Company Overview Osborn Financial Group, Inc. located in North Reading, Massachusetts provides Accounting, Taxation, Wealth Management and Financial Planning Services. Established over 35 years ago, we offer a wide variety of professional services including retirement and 401(K) income planning, financial plan coordination with estate attorneys, insurance services, legacy and education planning. We are seeking part-time interns. This is a paid internship starting January 2022 through April 15, 2022. The preferred hours are 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with some flexibility as to hours. Interns will receive formal and on-the-job training to develop their technical skills. Intern responsibilities include: QuickBooks bank reconciliationsPreparing and processing tax returns Assisting with financial advising paperwork and investments. Answering phones and greeting clientsCultivating client relationships The requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field and/or an advanced degree in AccountingEntry-level positionA minimum GPA of 3.0 is requiredExperience with QuickBooks and Excel a plusAttention to detail and accuracy, with good problem solving and organization skillsSelf-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment
