STRATFORD - A Stratford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 27, Earl Leslie, of Stratford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from Bashir & Sons in Stratford and won $10,000.
