HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Usher in the new year and learn how local wildlife prepare for winter's cold and snow at a StoryWalk of Winter Dance by Marion Dane Bauer and Richard Jones. The StoryWalk leads families on a hike along the Middle Patuxent Environmental Area trail. The trail is free, self-guided and open every day from dawn to dusk. It starts at the Trotter Road main entrance at 5795 Trotter Rd. in Clarksville and will be available until Jan. 3.
