Oceanfront condo complex in Key Colony Beach seeks part-time maintenance personnel. Will need to perform general upkeep of grounds, pool and building as well as landscaping. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry is essential. Candidate must be motivated, detail oriented and able to multi-task as part of the maintenance team. Ability to communicate with owners and guests in a professional and pleasant manner is required.
