Job description: Well established countertop company looking for experienced countertop installers! What are we looking for in an employee? - Heavy lifting (up to 100lbs) stone countertops: quartz, granite, marble. - Minimum of 3 years experience. - High energy and Optimism: Energy and optimism is contagious. - Production: Ability to consistently meet individual performance metrics and goals. - Trustworthy – Do you strive to prove yourself as a trustworthy worker? Responsibilities: · Address customer's concerns and work diligently to provide quality installs. · Repair countertops, sink installations, service calls · Install countertops, sinks, and backsplash · Tearout old countertops, sinks, backsplash · Cut, drill holes, repair seams in countertops. · Polishing and touch-ups Pay: $20-$26/hour, plus commission of products sold at install.
