Training and opportunities to advance to Crew Leader, Project Support Manager, Sales, and Management Junior to Intermediate Carpenter (multiple openings) Position Location: Reports to Assigned Build Site (Denver to Front Range) Benefits & Perks at DeckTec: • Currently Offering a Sign-On Bonus Up to $1500 (Depending on Experience Level) • Steady Year-Round Work • Competitive Pay Based on Experience • Weekly Pay with Regular Overtime Opportunities • Work-Life Balance • No Weekends • Healthcare and PTO • 401(K) up to 3% Matching • Safe Job Sites • Ongoing Support from Field and Office Teams • Satisfaction of Completing Quality Projects from Beginning to End As a Junior to Intermediate Carpenter at Decktec, a typical day could include the following: • Arriving on-time to assigned build location • Getting all necessary tools, equipment and materials ready for the day • Coordinating with crew lead to establish day’s objectives • Working as a tight-knit team with your crew to complete all phases of the build • Maintaining a clean and organized build site: picking up trash, scrap and extra material throughout the day • Possibly driving to a local supplier to pick up necessary project related materials or equipment • Cleaning up: making sure all tools, equipment and materials are put away in a neat and orderly fashion (end of the day) Minimum Requirements to Perform the Job: • You have a MINIMUM of 1-2 years of Professional Carpentry/Building experience • Are comfortable and confident using basic power tools • Understand basic carpentry terminology • You own or have continued access to basic power tools (i.e. power drills, impact driver, circular saw, etc...) • You are willing to demonstrate basic carpentry abilities • Enjoy working in a team environment • Enjoy working outdoors • Have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions • Physically able to lift 60-80 pounds • High School Diploma • Willing to submit a background check This job might be for you if: • You are a team player • You are punctual and reliable • You have the ability to start your day early • You take pride in your job and have a desire for professional growth • You are physically fit • You enjoy working outside • You want to be on a part of a team • You are looking to work alongside industry experts and grow in a long-term opportunity ________________________________________ With unprecedented demand for our product along with our reputation as a leading regional provider, there has never been a better time to join our organization.
