We are seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in Orangeburg, SC and surrounding areas! We prefer contractors with prior experience in property preservation. Required: -Able to submit and pass an Aspen Grove background check. -General Liability insurance is required and Errors/Omissions insurance is preferred -Valid driver's license with auto insurance -Must be able to use Pruvan software (or willing to learn) -Must be able to utilize email -Must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision -Must be willing to work at least 3 days a week, preferably 5 -Must be able to travel up to 25 miles outside of Orangeburg, SC for work orders -80% of work orders include lock changes, trash outs, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups etc. -Must have your own tools and transportation Please respond via email with 'Contractor Application' as the subject.
